The Day-by-Day Schedule appears on the next two pages. It is the calendar that we will follow during the term. In addition to specifying the section of the book, it also gives the Maple unit that will be covered in class on a given day. There is a companion Homework Schedule that lists the actual homework to be done from these sections.

The Day-by-Day Schedule also gives the due-dates for the Case Studies in Calculus (CSC) assignments, and indicates when the two hour-exams occur. The Day-by-Day Schedule provides an overview of the course because you can see at a glance what topics will be covered and when.

Note that there is no class on Friday, October 29 because it is a college-wide Special Day of Classes. On the other hand, we do meet on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, November 24. Also, at some point during the term, the Registrar will tell us the date of the Math 3 Final. The only information we have now is that Fall Term finals begin Saturday, December 4 and end Wednesday, December 8.
